It was an unusual celebration. Monica --the Headmistress at Cultura and a very dear friend--, together with our visitor Annette Capel, who came from Cambridge and who recorded the audio file for YOU, had a special outing last Sunday. We had this guided tour in the neighbourhood called Pichincha, where a group of actors and actresses made a beautiful parade, dressed in the fashion of the 80´s in Rosario. This is a photo of her and the people in a carriage which represented a typical view of our city.
